Tom was very helpful today! He went over my policy in detail so I understood exactly what it entails. He was very knowledgeable too - spoke quite fast but very clearly, covering a lot of detail in a short time so the call wasn't unnecessarily too long. He ensured I had received the proof of policy coverage in my email and made me check the documents to ensure everything was accurate while he was still on the call with me. He also made sure that as a new client, I was aware that I could always log in to my account to check and update information if needed, but also that I was free to call in if I preferred to speak to someone instead. Dejardins the ever WORST insurance. Dnt go with this company. Having a very bad time with them to deal. Stay away from these Corey Scales, when they need customers they butter, when we need help then they don’t answer the call or put on hold for 30 minutes. There is no one to help, everyone pissed of these insurance companies, they know very well how to make money but dnt know how to help their customers. I

Desjardins is the worst company to deal with!!! I asked after the first year of their automatic renewal to inform me if it in advance. They did it for the second year but when the third year came they only sent sent a letter stating I owed money and if not paid immediately I would go to collections, when I called to express why I didn’t get informed they tell me there is nothing they can do about it it’s how the system works, but yet they did it the year before I cancelled all my policies after having to pay first for 1 month and 2 days of insurance that I didn’t approve!! Now I have recieved a letter stating that I have canceled my policies, with no mention of when I get my refund. This letter was issued to me over 15 business days and when I called I was told to expect it in anouther 10 business days after I was told 15 days after cancellation Good rates doesn’t mean that customer service can seriously lack! I would still be a customer if they only could do a simple request
