I admit that I always shop around for the best rates for most things, especially now. I came to Cornelius Pass because I needed a place to store my small business. Their rates weren’t too high but their move-in special had no strings attached. The couple that runs the place were very friendly and transparent. Erica is always quick with answers and I see her always cleaning something. Aaron has been very helpful with my billing questions, a good laugh, and even helping me when the movers showed up. I really enjoy the “small town” feeling here. It seems like a lot of the people here have been here for a while. UPDATE: My special finally ended and just as was told to me, my rate only increased to the actual normal rate I was told it would be.

absolutely amazing staff! i came in to buy some moving paper hadn't found a storage unit yet or a u-haul and left with both reservations. every question over the span of time i was there was quickly answered and the unit was always safe and secure. i also had no mold issue like i had with previous storage facilities. the pricing is great and the location is perfect right off the freeway. if you need a unit whether it be 5x5 or 10x30 they are always happy to help thank you for the excellent service!

I had a great experience storing my things here. The process to rent a unit and then move out was easy. Access was simple and the times that they are open work out great. They have carts and elevators for second floor units and all my things stayed nice and dry. Very clean facilities.The couple that works here are friendly, nice, and answer all questions very well. Overall good experience. I would recommend this place for any storage needs.
