I would like to share my honest opinion about the current appointment system at the clinic. Unfortunately, it has not been effective. Despite having scheduled appointments, patients are often not seen on time, and the wait times are still very long. In many cases, the doctor is only able to spend a few minutes with each patient, which doesn’t feel sufficient. Given this experience, I believe the clinic might function better as a walk-in facility, where expectations around timing are more flexible. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it comes from a place of concern and a desire to see the service improve for all patients.

Love this pharmacy. I'll be there for life because I love the staff they are all so amazing group of people. They always go above and beyond cuz they generally care about you. Amir and Karen are by far the best pharmacist I've ever had in my life. And Nola and Yvette have such big hearts they go that extra mile for you. However Its fair to say that they all do.

Really hard to deal with. I came late by 15 mins on my appointment and the receptionist ask that I come back however when I asked her if I came on time will the doctor see me at my booked appointment, and she said no as that depends on the doctor. We usually wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor so I am unsure what the big deal was. They decided to accommodate us when I pointed that out and we still had to wait for 40 mins to see the doctor. My insurance sent an APS few weeks ago, but they didn’t respond. I called to ask, and they said the way their fax prints it the form gets cut, so we have to send it by mail. My insurance sent it by mail, but I never heard back from the clinic. The clinic does not call to inform if any action is required from my side. They just leave the form and I have to keep on calling to follow-up. Unfortunately, no one answers when I call and when I was able to reach someone they ask me to call back as the person in charge of the form is not there.

I'm giving them a mild of the road Rating. Let's face it people, this is way our heath care system is. No wonder emergency has long waits, when you have to wait to see a family doctor. Dr. Shamaka seems genuine & concerned & has spent more than 5 mins with me. Gave me a referral for a surgeon, not HIS fault that it took the specialist 2 months to book me in. As for front staff, I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they are overworked & have to deal with difficult patients.
