Carolyn EmmaThis store is a must see if visiting Cambridge a sentimental reminder of the past. This building was the once old Woolco store. It has the original escalators with wood hand rails and platforms. Upstairs is modern furniture and downstairs an eclectic mix of furniture and decor with many one of a kind global pieces. The store assistant was very friendly and welcoming, offering us help and answering questions and allowed us to walk through and browse without being intrusive.
Elissa JBeen in this location 3 times: twice to browse and once to buy. Everyone was really friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I think on my first time in there, 4 or 5 people all gave me a friendly hello while letting me wander but offering assistance if needed. The showroom has a nice furniture range from casual pieces to more luxe styles. I bought a chair and it was ready to be delivered a few days later, but they were also flexible with their delivery dates to suit my needs. Delivery was fast and efficient, and the movers were really nice as well, in and out in literally a minute! I'd recommend them for locals looking for some nice new pieces.

Mazen AlqaqI strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from Cornerstone Furniture to read this review first. I spent over $10,000 on furniture with them, and the customer service I received has been horrible. Within the first year, we noticed excessive pilling on our couch even after trying to de-pill many time, so I reached out via email while it was still under warranty. That email was completely ignored along with multiple other emails afterwards. A few months later, I visited the store in person. The manager apologized and assured me the issue would be addressed but again, I received no follow-up. When I called the store a month later, I was told my claim was now outside the warranty period, despite the fact that I had contacted them within the timeframe. I've now been chasing a resolution for over six months, only to be told they will not do anything. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. This company does not stand behind its products and clearly does not value its customers once the sale is complete. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT spend your hard earned money on products from Cornerstone. If you ever have an issue with a product they will not do anything to help.
