I received an email saying I paid for a room across the country. I immediately contact Corpay and was told they'd have to wait for an invoice to come from the Hotel before filing a dispute. I turn around and let my financial institution take care of the matter. Upon calling back I got a woman on the phone who sounded miserable and kept whining to me about how I should have disputed it through them. She even hung up on me mid convo as she saw it wasn't going to go her way. This place sucks. The only plus was the customer service reps seem to be clear speaking Americans. The one I got was a miserable SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY AKA Cupid Stunt.

I have been a CLC member for almost two years. On the surface it seems like a great company that provides discounts on hotels. In reality my credit card is frequently doubled charged for the same hotel stay in which I actually booked. I have had two fraudulent charges on my credit card within the past two months resulting from bookings that I didn’t make. It is starting to seem like Corpay Lodging is an elaborate scam to steal money from people’s businesses. I have spent hours on the phone with their customer service department disputing charges. I’m starting to feel like the couple dollars that I save isn’t worth the stress of worrying about them adding bogus charges to my credit card and the time I spend on the phone disputing these charges.

Warning: Avoid This Company. Total Scam We’ve attempted to use this company ten separate times to book hotels in advance, and every single booking has been either wrong or canceled. Not once have they delivered as promised. Each time, we received confirmation emails and were charged, only to be told later that the booking “could not be fulfilled” or had mysteriously disappeared. Customer service is unresponsive or provides vague, generic excuses with no real resolution. In some cases, we were left without accommodations entirely, despite having planned and paid well in advance. This isn’t a one-off issue, it’s a consistent pattern of deception and incompetence. Save yourself the stress and money. Book directly through reputable sources or trusted platforms.

My company uses CLC Lodging when our drivers need a hotel room on the road. Their staff is exceptionally professional and always available when we need them. They’re exceedingly helpful and quick to respond… even by email. Their app is user friendly, a room can be booked quickly, it allows me to know which hotels have room for our driver’s rig before they arrive and the discounted rates are very much appreciated! Keep up the great work, CLC!
