**Poor Customer Service & Defective Product** I had a very disappointing experience at Cougar Clothing (Wapda Town Branch, Lahore at 11:50 am ) . The customer service was extremely poor—I had to call multiple times just to get assistance, as the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves rather than helping customers. To make matters worse, the shirt they provided for trying was defective, and I had to point it out myself. It’s unacceptable to offer damaged items to customers, especially when they’re paying for quality. The overall attitude was unprofessional, and the lack of attention to detail was frustrating. I expected better from a reputed brand like Cougar.Needs serious improvement in service and product checks.

I was looking for a pocket square and luckily I found it at Cougar. The store offers a good range of clothing items, including accessories. The pocket square I purchased was of good quality and got the job done. However, I found some of the designs to be a bit odd and not really my style. The store's prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.
