Rob was extremely efficient in his investigation of both separate rain water drain systems, the work undertaken and his explanations (which have significantly put my mind at ease). Additionally, a possible future problem was averted when he noticed and removed large pieces of construction debris in the sewer pipe leading from my neighbours outflow. Excellent service all round, I will certainly not hesitate to use EPC again and recommend them to others in future.

Fantastic experience with EPC Drainage. Rob came out first thing on a Monday morning after a Sunday night drainage issue, and was bang on time. He went above and beyond to fix our issue, and was working on it for just over 2 hours non stop. He really went above and beyond and did his best, although it did turn out to be an Anglian Water issue in the end. Their pricing is beyond reasonable, and I cannot thank and recommend them enough. Great experience and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.
