Pretty sad service. Couldn't pick up my package that I ordered without an ID that had a matching address.... but I had the slip from the missed delivery, my driver's licence and my name was also on the package. Never using that shipping service again. Not worth the money what so ever. :(

Great service for returns. No waiting, they even print the return label and close the box properly. Makes my life so much easier as I do not have a printer at home.

Terrible terrible company, i payed for the tracking and it was never available to me nor my client the whole time it was in transit. Pick another shipper, this one is the absolute worst,especially this location.

I’d like to report an issue with a recent delivery attempt. I was home at the time and actually saw the driver from my window. I watched him exit the vehicle, walk up to the building, then return to the truck without attempting to bring the package to my door, knock, or even leave it inside the building. Shortly after, I received a notification stating the delivery was unsuccessful and that I now need to pick it up in Laval. The update claimed no one was home, which is simply not accurate. It’s frustrating to see that the delivery process was not properly followed, especially when it creates extra work for both the customer and warehouse staff. I hope this can be looked into to prevent similar issues in the future. Delivery businesses should be up to par as this is now the current way of shopping. The demand is in abundance and will continue to be You better be paying those employees over 60k coz i'd be slacking too if not .
