Ned DesignerAmazing building, amazing staff, amazing neighborhood. You have everything you need here 24/7. Great restaurants, farmers market across the street, Regal cinema in the building, pharmacy, bank, train station on the corner, what else could one want.
mary floraElevators often down. Lots of drilling going on in building.. Neighborhood park full of transient people. A few methadone clinics in immediate neighborhood. Ambulances parked outside of nearby subway entrances rather frequently. Lots of noise from street including emergency vehicles (with fire station and hospital within two blocks) They treat rent stabilized rentors different than market rate tenants in this heavily subsidized rent stabilized building. The subsidies they receive is from every branch of government imaginable.

Laure MurcianoWe lived there for 2 years. We absolutely loved this place as it is one of the best location to be everywhere you want in Manhattan in 15 min. Doormen are the best!!! They are very nice, welcoming and always helpful. Management is easy going. The barbecues on the terrasse are amazing. The only issue we had with this place is that Union Square is too noisy and there are too many crazy people around... this is what it is to live in the heart of the craziest city in the world!!!
