Driver cuts through our back lane of our residential neighborhood everyday at 4pm. Truck is oversized and grinds up against our trees breaking off branches. When company was informed they were dismissive, claimed he probably had a delivery in that back lane everyday for a month, but wouldn't check to confirm if that was the case. Sje just got defensive and condescending. When I ask them to stop, she swore at me. There are plenty of delivery companies available, why use one this inconsiderate to people and property.

Good service. Easy to set up having a couch delivered from Calgary to Canmore. On time and did what they said they would do. Also more economical than other local options. We will use them again.
