Once again, it’s tax season. And who do I turn to? The wonderful people at TJ tax. Without fail, Cindy is always there to help and answer any and all questions. She is beyond thorough, and fast. My adult children and I, are very happy to have met them, and jave been going for a few years, I wouldn’t go any where else. Oh, and it is all done online, making my life so much easier. The fee is perfect and not expensive at all! Thank you as always from the Leszkovics family!

Fantastic and efficient service. I have used them for 2 years now and both times the experience has been great. TJ called me right away to discuss my case, and provided help when I had questions. My tax return this year was completed within 24 hours of me submitting my documents to them. Highly recommended!

Best experience for 3 years of tax returns... Excellent support and fair price. Very meticulous work. I highly recommend Thomas's services. TJ Tax puts in that little extra in their customer service. I am 100% satisfied. Although, they intimated me well ahead that they can't file my returns on time for this year (because of me submitting 2 weeks before due date, and TJ Tax being swamped by many customers), Thomas still went that extra mile and filed our returns before the due date. Very professional! I will continue doing business with them for a long time. Thanks Cindy for all the support :)

Updated review: Now giving them a 5 star review after they have respected their word on their below reply. Cindy called me at 9AM (as stated on the reply) and made the necessary corrections. I am super impressed of how quickly they acted on my issue. She even went the extra mile by going in detail through the numbers that was submitted, so that I can have a peace of mind and better understanding. Cindy then had a client and TJ took over the call to try and clarify a few more information. All I got to say is I respect them 100% for the professionalism of their work. They truly know what customer service is and not once made me feel rushed about asking a gazillion questions. They also said they will ensure extra due diligence for the future. Thank you Cindy & TJ! ________________________________________ Super disappointed... I needed to find a new place to take care of my income tax since my situation has changed. First of all, I do want to thank the lady that took my documents, she was really kind and patient and took notes of some information that I gave her. She said if needed, they will call me for clarifications. I didn't get any call aside from the one to advise me that my documents are ready. The service was quick, it only took 2 days but I wouldn't have mind waiting a few extra days to make sure that everything would have been double checked before being sent. Unfortunately basic information like my child's DOB and my husband's DOB were wrong. The total amount for my medical expenses is so off (not sure where they got the number they imputed) and here I am looking at every single numbers on my income tax return. I paid $150 for a service that didn't care to double check the information that was submitted.
