I am very sorry to do this , but lately this business is not pay attention to clients. Today i was there to buy a shampoo and conditioner and i was spoken to my wife about the price and they get very angry at the point that they threw us out the store saying they dont' care about the clients. I been a customer for years and I never will be back again. This is not the first time !!!!

They always have just about every color in polishes but rarely have them in gel. The reason why they always have stock is because they charge $5.99 for the regular OPI, and $15.99 for the gel counterpart. They don't give prices over the phone which is an inconvenience to the customer. I don't exactly know what they're hoping to get through that. They have horrible customer service harassing you repeatedly asking if you need help.i get they're trying to prevent theft but not everyone is a thief. If there's cameras in place and the owner still feels they'll get robbed then have someone at the door checking bags. I mean the place is tiny, impossible to miss if someone actually stole something. Good luck trying to return or exchange something most of their things are final sale to begin with. Worst of all they're so technologically behind that they didn't even know their machine accepted Samsung Pay and made a big deal when I tried to pay with it. I pay with my Samsung phone everywhere. Avoid this place if you can. I try to come here as a last resort. The owner isn't very nice either to customers which is why I felt I had to leave this review so that everyone knows what to expect.

My go-to when I am in Miami for a variety of my haircare needs. The staff is extremely knowledgable, patient and quite accommodating. They don't give prices over the phone if you are trying to shop around (I know from experience) and its tiny but packed with product so take your time and ask questions if you are unsure of something. They are very friendly!
