Although it's been a week that they've been trying to fix my phone, I am beyond grateful for the staff here. They have been trying multiple things to try to fix my phone that randomly shut off. They understand how important the stuff on my phone is (13 years of pics and videos) and have been extremely patient with me this entire process knowing how stressed I've been. Even though they haven't had luck, I would 100% recommend these guys.

I just had the absolute best, and life saving experience! I am traveling, broke my phone, and could not use my GPS or make calls. Then, after filing the claim with Asurion, waiting 3hrs for repaired, there was a mistake on the claim so I needed to call the insurer. The store let me use the phone and assisted me with navigating customer service to get the error resolved and repair the phone in record time. Thank God, and this team at UbreakIfix!

I have a folding phone. My inner screen broke but I guess in the process of them fixing that, the front screen broke which they fixed at no cost to me. Well a day later, I noticed my front cameras are no longer working. I'm assuming in the process of fixing the screens, something happened with some hardware the controls the front cameras. I'm planning to go in and talk to them, but a bit annoyed with the camera issue now. I'm hoping we can get it situated but that's why I'm leaving this at a 3 now. They fixed my screens great but now I'm dealing with another issue since the 'repair'. They have been patient with me so I'm hoping for the best and that it's just a wire or something that wasn't connected when the screen got put back on.
