Although it's been a week that they've been trying to fix my phone, I am beyond grateful for the staff here. They have been trying multiple things to try to fix my phone that randomly shut off. They understand how important the stuff on my phone is (13 years of pics and videos) and have been extremely patient with me this entire process knowing how stressed I've been.
