Good Customer service employees are friendly. Left the store happy. Bought a refurbished iphone that went through “extreme inspection” before it goes for sale. 2 days later had a green vertical line on my screen. I was hoping the warranty would cover it. Had to pay to replace it. Extremely disappointing should have just bought a new phone from Apple. *response Yes the phone was in my possession when the issue started. We are grown people if I damaged it I wouldn’t take the time to right a review and blame the seller other than just taking responsibility for it. It’s an honest review employee are friendly and helpful. Products just arent great. That’s just my opinion after my experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my phone to Cell Repair, and when I got it back, the background was changed, my password had been altered (which locked me out for 3 hours the first time I logged in), and when I finally had the phone reset at Best Buy, I realized it wasn’t even connected to my Apple ID. On top of that, my SIM card was removed—without permission—and the device I received may not even be mine. The Apple ID and phone details are completely different, and my original phone is still showing up as missing on Find My iPhone. They haven’t been helpful, they won’t take responsibility, and I’m now completely locked out of the phone I paid to have fixed. There’s a man who works there (Asian, black hair) who was involved in everything. Do not trust him. I’ve already started preparing to take legal action. This has been incredibly stressful, and none of you deserve to go through this. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

Workmanship issue resulted in multiple visits needed to get repair completed properly. On Sunday, March 16, 2025, I picked up my phone from this store after repair work had been performed. Later that day, I noticed there was some kind of substance that was obstructing the front-facing camera that had been introduced as a result of the repair work, rendering the front-facing camera non-functional. So, my phone had been returned to me with this basic function not working properly - and this is an absolute fact. So, I had to make an additional trip to this store later that same day and spend additional time waiting while they worked on the phone for a second time to fix the additional problem caused by their original repair work. To the extent that these facts, which absolutely include a second separate visit to the store later that same day being necessary to fix the original workmanship issue described above, may differ from the facts of this matter that the store claims below to be “aware of” - well, I guess you’ll have to decide for yourself which one of us is acknowledging the truth of this matter. I have reduced my review from 3-stars to 2-stars based on the store’s unwillingness to even acknowledge the truth of the facts that I am stating. That’s really the most disappointing part of this whole incident. A good store with good management would have at least acknowledged the actual occurrence of this relatively minor mistake, which has already been resolved, and offered to make it right with the customer instead of inexplicably pretending that the customer is making this up. It’s a fundamental customer service lesson.
