Excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. I had to show up over a hour and a half early so I could pick up my granddaughter early from school. And they got it done in a hour. This is a job well done. Thank you gentlemen. I would definitely want to use them again. I can't say enough.

My son Derek recently had an issue with his cell and we chose this company to diagnose the problem. We made an appointment online and it was fast and easy. We got a same day time and the visit was amazing. The gentleman that worked with us had great customer service skills, polite and very knowledgeable.He diagnosed it immediately and we found out it was not repairable due to damage inside the board especially water found. Our insurance with Tmobile replaced the cell. I gave them 5 stars overall plus very impressed with their service. I recommend highly .... They can be trusted. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that served us but the only thing I can refer is he was bold.

Filed an insurance claim for my phone. Screen needed replacing. I drove over an hour to this location as it was the closest with parts in stock. The guys there were very nice and patiently answered all my questions. They made several attempts to replace the screen but unfortunately there was more damage than just the screen and I had to re-file a new claim to replace my Note 20 ultra. I'm sad because I hate new phones and the set up process and the loss of things in my phone I may not be able to recover. Highly recommend them and would make the drive again to use them.
