WOW, what an incredible team of kind and skilled professionals! I came in on Friday, two minutes before closing, having discovered recently that my phone screen had separated from my phone, only hanging on by a cable (Samsung S23 Ultra). To make matters more challenging, I had to catch a flight in 2 hours. Despite them being about to close, they happily offered to stay late a few minutes while they diagnosed and tried to resolve the problem. The technician quickly observed that the repair done from a different repair shop had not utilized the proper adhesive glue. He quickly re-affixed my screen and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes! While I waited, I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with the store mascot, Ingo the Corgi! He greeted me at the door as soon as I entered and stayed for pets and playing fetch with the tennis ball. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you all at CPR Phone Repair for setting the standard of superb customer service :)
