I dropped off an electrical device that I just wanted them to look at, open it up see if the charging port had broken from mother board. Didn't expect them to fix it and conveyed that price was not an issue. The Service representative took the device and said we'll call in a couple days and tell you what we find. After a week of no phone call I show up and ask for an update. Service Rep tells me that they couldn't help me and handed me the device. I then ask why I wasn't called like he had said I would be, we got to busy to call you. So I will not be using them again.

I took my brother’s phone in - we thought it had overheated. Nolan helped me and explained everything. He was friendly and professional. It turns out it was just a disconnected wire and Nolan fixed it in 10 minutes while I waited. He showed me the problem and didn’t charge me. Wow! I also noticed other people being waited on and everyone was just as happy with their results. Thanks Nolan - you are amazing and we will definitely be back!!
