EXCELLENT customer service, I was absolutely astonished with the service I received upon walking inside this fine establishment. I was greeted by a young man, I believe his name was Jose. My iphone has not been in working order for the past week. I showed Jose my phone and he instantly informed me of the issue. I was appalled by this young mans brilliance and ability to determine the issue within minutes! The price he quoted for fixing such issue was extremely reasonable as well! Thank you SO much Jose for your help, you’ve not only made my day but my week and my year- God bless your kind soul, will be bringing any future technological issues to Jose!!!

Farid was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient while assisting me with my mom's phone, which was infected with spam and pop-up ads. She is in hospital at this time and I called last minute, he said come on over. They were closing shortly but! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully resolved. We really appreciated his support and professionalism! You're the best!!
