CPR Cell Phone Repair Summerville

I had the screen replaced on my phone last week and the next day, the phone started acting up and I called and notified them about the issues that I had. They noted it and I told them that I would drop it off on Monday. When I called them on Monday evening, they told me that they couldn't replace my screen because it was scratched and that I brought it back damaged. There's no damage to the screen and they refused to repair my phone after I paid them to replace my screen. I asked to speak to someone in management and the GM gave me a call back. He was the most rude and unprofessional person that I've ever dealt with in customer service. I've used their services before without any problems, but this will be the last time that I ever go through them for any repairs. I paid over $150 for a screen that failed less than 24 hours after I bought it and they refused to fix or refund me my money!

Absolutely amazing experience. Daquan was my point person and he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. (I’m sure I spelled his name wrong, please excuse me). The care and detail that the whole team had with my situation was exceptional. Absolutely go to them with any phone or computer needs. I know I will send people there.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff members. Offered different solutions, told me was going to take 2-3 hours ( which is normal) and they completed in less than 30 minutes. Appreciate their patients and explanations of what could or might happen. I brought my phone in a couple weeks ago for a repair then returned with my wife's phone this time and will continue to use CPR cell phone repair in the future.
