I came in to get my Samsung done. The employees were very cordial and respectful even after a little scheduling conflicts they still worked with me. Service was the fastest I've ever gotten any phone repaired, they fixed my screen and pixels. The owner, I believe his name is Bo really helped me out with my scheduling conflicts and even though my appointment overlapped others he still took the time to make sure I got my phone within 2 hours since I dropped it off. Highly recommend this place very high quality work.

I went to the store to have a screen replaced on a Nintendo on March 3rd 2025 I picked up just so you know I wasn't able to pick up for 2 weeks I take it home turned on but would not connect to internet and would not move then would move and stop. So I took it to game stop was told by young lady that the part I had fixed was bad So I dive back across town and show Tony the manager what was going on his wife checked it out and we called game stop and they told tony and his wife what was happening afterwards Tony and have a talk about a compromise that would help both of us out without anyone leaving left cheated or misinformed on what was paid for i was then told that they didn't have time to fully check all the devices they service and they only fix what is seen at time of service i asked did they do full working order check before leaving store he said with rude tone WE DON'T HAVE TIME I TOLD YOU! So I asked for the district managers information and was told that. He owns several stores and doesn't have time to deal with customer complain. O mwey 8a,,ts. So I asked what would he be willing to do to help resolve my problems I told him I didn't want a full return of amount paid i would simply take half or even the 50.00 i paid to get diagnostic done hes said he wouldn't be able to do that so I finely gave up a realize that this manager is not going to resolve my problem so now I will be letting the bbb know my stroy along with everyone who reads this review. I simply want the thing properly fix or a compromise on what would help both of us move forward. I hope these never happens to anyone else it's simply uncalled for

Bo helped me out today replacing an IPhone 14 Pro Max screen and back glass. He was highly professional individual and knowledge about different types of screens which was very helpful. Dropped off my phone had lunch for a 1 hour and the repairs were good to go
