Emailed about chips in my windshield for a company pickup. They were quick to respond, pricing was fair, and we had a scheduled appointment in no time. Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but the tech assessed the window immediately. Turns out, only surface damage and nothing to worry about. Didn't charge for the experience and left me knowing where I was returning when, not if because face it it's Central Oregon and my windshield is going to get chipped some more. Scheduler: fast, friendly, and efficient Quote: highly detailed Tech: fast, friendly, and informative Parking: was clear when I got there, but it was an early morning appointment. I imagine parking could become difficult at times due to the nature of the area and the limited space. 10/10 would recommend

Very smooth expedited windshield replacement. I was in a bind and they were able to get me taken care of next day even tho geicos safelite installer was days out. They talked me through the process of getting geico to use the shop which was super easy. Much appreciated!

I got a couple of star cracks in my windshield and was leaving town soon. Mike was able to get me in right away, was super friendly and actually fixed an extra crack I didn't even know I had. He was quick and cleaned up well. I would go here again if I had to replace my windshield or fix more rock cracks!

Update added 12.13.22 : so the side of the windshield that they SWORE was ok in the seal (pictured) has ice in the inside today, so the seal has been bad this whole time... Caveat emptor I took down to 1 star from 3 due to this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My experience with this company is mixed; There were issues with my windshield replacement (the trim along the sides and the clips to hold them in), but Cascade dispatched someone out the morning after I called and they fixed it as far as I can tell. I've never had this happen before, and I am still somewhat concerned that the job was not done properly. I will update my review as needed. Updated 11.18.21 after owner response about trim and photos added: I did not mention the gasket in my original comment. So, I'm updating that. They did come out the next day and GLUE everything into place and to the best of my knowledge, there has been no other issue to date. There were missing clips, but instead of replacing the clips (they legit talked ish about whoever previously failed to replace them), they just glued everything down so that it's the NEXT person's problem.
