I love The Biltmore. I stay once a year. The small suite is perfect. The hotel itself is old and has a rich history while still maintaining modern amenities. The restaurants at the hotel have good good, but take note, a 20% service charge is added to the tab. I don't golf, but the course looks lovely and well maintained. Staff are always very helpful. There is a great parking lot on property, so you don't feel pressured to valet the car. The hotel is within a few mile of the University of Miami and walking distance to a church. Sunday brunch is very nice.

The building is gorgeous, our room was beautifully cleaned & stocked with everything we could need. Our first meal here was breakfast at la Fontana & our server Sabryna did everything possible to make breakfast amazing for us! She really went out of her way with service & knowledge of the building. She set the mood for a great day here! We are very excited

We stayed at the Biltmore Miami and absolutely loved every minute of it. The service was top-notch from start to finish, with staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The pool is massive and absolutely gorgeous – a highlight of the property. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and felt luxurious in every detail.||This hotel truly exceeded expectations. From the historic charm to the modern comfort, everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back. A definite 10 out of 10!

The Biltmore was a last-minute stay after my UM Family weekend was extended to spend more time with my daughter. Our stay started off a bit rocky, but it ended with an exceptional bang of delight.||One of the pluses of the hotel was its amenities. We had several dining options, an exceptionally large gym with various high-tech equipment, and a large pool area. However, the pool deck needed some TLC. The ground was covered in excessive dirt from the surrounding beautiful plants and trees, so flip-flops were necessary.||The spa was nice, and my massage was very relaxing. The steam room and sauna were also nice and hot. A+||Despite our check-in hiccups, Nicole, the front desk attendant, created an exceptional experience despite the inconvenience we initially faced from her colleagues due to miscommunication and mishaps. She was warm, accommodating, and respectful of the situation. The in-room dining service and room switch were corrected from the food mishap and strong chemical smell of our initial room. I hope they air out that room and the adjoining rooms plus utilize other cleaning products that are deem non-toxic for hotel guests and the enviornment. ||Nevertheless, upon check-out, we felt happy and content. We also appreciate Sarah for handling the in-room dining promptly and efficiently. To the Valet, everyone was kind and respectful to all guests. I noticed their behavior and I’m glad to see it.||I look forward to booking a longer stay next year to enjoy the Sunday brunch and other amazing amenities. I’ll dress for the occasion! ||Thank you again for an exceptional experience.
