I would like to leave a sincere positive review of the service. Today, I was provided with multi-service, and the car was ready ahead of schedule. The employees are true professionals, and they always provide complete information about the car and the details that need attention. I am very grateful to you. Thank you for your excellent service!

Brought my car in a couple days ago to get 5 recalls done (made this appointment a good week in advance) was told it'd be 4 hours roughly to address all 5 recalls (okay, no problem). Nathan was the tech working on my vehicle. He messaged saying he noticed I needed my oil changed and supposedly 5 bulbs were out. I gave him the okay to do these things for me and he stated it'd be a other couple hours (okay fine). I also had asked about a noise my car was making underneath and past that they take a look at it. I was told that when they drove it it wasn't making the noise so they don't know what's going on (they didn't leave the parking lot when they test drove it). Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up my car they made me aware that they only fixed two out of the five recalls and that they had to order the parts. This should have been done in advance. Also why did it take so long when I was quoted for hours to fix five recalls. It took that and then some just to do two recalls as well as change five bulbs and an oil change. Upon picking up my car and bringing it home. I get out of my vehicle and notice this buzzing noise. Both of my side mirrors were all messed up (my husband had to disconnect the switches so it would stop buzzing). Then I noticed they had t swapped out the old sticker for a new one letting me know when my next oil change is due. Later that evening my husband and I were driving to a local restaurant for dinner and my husband noticed that my headlights weren't working. So whatever the tech did he messed up my main headlights. Upon calling the service department and letting them know...we were told the general manager doesn't handle grievances. Basically if I have a problem with the service department.I have to handle it through the service department or file a complaint with Kia corporate. So I have to wait 2 weeks to get these issues taken care of. In the meantime I can't drive in the dark at all. I was considering upgrading my current Kia to a new one.... But, I will never deal with Kia again!!! Horrible experience!

I made an appointment online, but didn't get a reminder so started calling and texting them (you call and they tell you to text instead) i never received a call back to confirm my appointment. Google a d their website say Service Center opens at 7am but if no one is around to answer the phone are they really open? Do not try to make appointments through the app or online it never seems to work, even qith a confirmation from the system. And no one answers the phone so it is a struggle to even get an appointment on

I’ve been to this Kia plenty of times, but this time left me feeling uneasy. I know dealerships have a reputation for trying to get over on women, well maybe just people in general, but I haven’t had it happen at this location. I came in for an oil change and asked them to replace two lights on my car. The mechanic came back saying my tail lights were, my fog lights were out, my license plate lights were out. Basically making it seem like I’ve been driving around in the dark. I look at my car every day. I would notice all of these lights out. I ask if I could see my car and all these lights that were out, and how weird! When I went out to see my car, somehow all those lights were magically working. The fog lights were not turning on so I agreed to change those. They also tried to get me to replace my cabin filter but it was fine. So they finish my car park it in the middle of their lot. I decided to check and make sure the lights they did replace were working. The fog lights were not. So now I’m annoyed they tried to get over on me and didn’t ensure the lights were working before letting me leave. So I drive back into the shop, at this point this has been an almost 3 hour “oil change”. Come to find out, I have a switch/fuse problem that will be $300-400 to fix. I mentioned that the new fog lights I just purchased probably was not the issue. And the technician then tries to say no, they were blown, then proceeds to pull a random light out of his trash that was blown (sidebar: one of my high beam lights was out so he was probably showing me that). I was already annoyed and didn’t feel like contesting it and just considered the extra $42 expense a loss. I understand that times are hard and people need to make money, but it makes it hard to trust whatever diagnosis they give when you feel like they are just trying to nickel and dime. This Kia does a good job just make sure you double check what they are saying is true.
