Over the last 55 years that I have been shipping my instruments to Europe using the services of various shippers and handlers, none have provided the quality and care for crating this shipment in terms of 1. the quality and construction of the crate provided by Craters and Freighters here in Nashville and most importantly 2. by the care and discretion of the two men, Victor and Miguel, sent to assist me with packing up my instrument in the crate. The men were expert at what they were doing. Bravo!!!!!

Terrible company/scam artists. I paid almost $1000 to PACK and ship the item in the photo. As you see, a two year old could have accomplished this more successfully. I insured the item and they said they would send a check to reimburse me. This check never arrived. I assume this was also a lie. I had the BBB look into this. They ignored them, the BBB informed me they never heard back. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

It's never easy selecting a shipper that is communicative, reliable and detail oriented. Paul with Craters & Freighters in Nashville hit all the marks and then some. We had a very large shipment of antiques and heavy concrete/stone fountains & objects. All was packed extremely well and arrived just as we remembered it at the A&G Nashville Show 2019!
