It took me over 24 hours to even gather myself enough to write a review. I went because my friend recommended it and she used to be an instructor there. I walked in with over 19 inches of hair and asked for a TRIM.. I walked out with shoulder length but that’s not the worst part. The student got scissor happy her name was Tyiesha (I may have spelled it horribly wrong) but I asked for long curtain bangs if possible. The student said she had no idea how to do it so she asked the instructor with maroon and grey hair to help. I showed this woman the picture and said I wanted them LONGER than the picture…. She proceeded to cut my curly hair while it was wet and as I was trying to say that was too short she already snipped my hair. I was then told they could pull MORE of my already too short hair to try to fix it and I opted to just leave before I lost my cool. I paid my ticket and left. I’ve been crying at the catastrophe that is my hair ever since and praying my hair grows quickly.

Brianne and Gracie are fantastic. You can't go wrong with either one. They've done color with highlights and lowlights and now did a root touch up on me. Both times my hair has come out fantastic. There's a new instructor, Ms. Taylor, that is one of the best I've ever met there, and I've been going since before they changed names. I loved the way she explained things to the girls to give them tips make the service better. I hope she stays a long time.
