This is a very nice restaurant located next to a hotel. The menu was diverse, great selection, everything fresh, and plenty of sushi choices. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, which is refreshing, the food portions were very generous, and the sushi was simply amazing. They do have happy hours every day on drinks and sushi, so if you're looking for an affordable menu, that would be your best option. It certainly is worth the drive and I wish they were near as I would try every sushi menu item they have 🍣 !

OK… I’m not really sure where I should begin to tell you all the reasons why I think Crave is one of the best restaurants in Sioux City. Its location is pretty great. It is on the river with a beautiful view, patio when it’s nice, floor to ceiling windows when it’s not, ample parking, connected to a hotel, and not difficult to find. The staff is friendly and professional, the menu is extensive, and not only has great sushi, but also fabulous entrées, if seafood isn’t your thing. I also appreciate that they have an entire gluten-free menu, vegetarian options, and a mocktail list to go with their fabulous cocktails. I’m not even going to try to tell you all the different food you should try here because it depends on your tastes and there’s plenty to choose from. However, there’s smoked Manhattan (pictured here) is pretty exceptional. I actually like getting it without the smoke, but if you like a smoky cocktail, the presentation is fabulous. It’s a little spendy, but the ingredients are superb. Oh and did I mention that they have a happy hour…

Staying at Hilton Gardens and had cocktails and dinner at Crave tonight. Sat outside looking over the riverfront. Started with drinks- Angry Dragon Martini, Raspberry Ginger Gimblet and Crave Smoked Manhattan. All really good. Spinach Artichoke Dip, Sausage Ricotta Flatbread, Truffle Fries, Steak Frites, Tuna Poke Bowl, Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti and Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce. All the options were generous portions and delicious. We had the nicest server. I think she was fairly new, but she took such good care of us. Thank you!

Came to this restaurant with a pretty large group (seven people). We made a reservation ahead of time so they were able to seat us within a few minutes of us arriving. Service was alright — friendly, but not very detail-oriented. They gave us one drink menu and one restaurant week menu despite the relatively large number of people in our party. There were plenty of food options, ranging from sushi, salads, and poke bowls to burgers, pasta, and steak. Portion sizes were large both for appetizers and entrees. Presentation was good. The food itself was alright. Nothing too adventurous or unique, but still generally satisfying. I tried the tiramisu for dessert. It was from the restaurant week menu, so it was smaller than it would be if we’d ordered it from the normal menu, but it was literally four bites. It was so delicious, though. The drink menu was relatively extensive, with some fun cocktail options and plenty of mocktail options. I tried the prohibition tonic mocktail and it was light and refreshing. In terms of vibe/ambiance/aesthetic, this place was alright. The restaurant itself does quite a bit to make it feel like a more high end dining experience, but it’s unfortunately diminished by the fact that most people were there in very casual clothes, like sweats. We ate inside, but the restaurant has an absolutely beautiful view of the river and I would definitely recommend requesting patio seating if the weather is good.

CRAVE Food & Drink Sioux City is a gluten-free restaurant.
