Slow, poor communication and feel like I'm losing out on insurance benefits. Never seem to get +-10% of other comparison quotes so I feel I don't get value for money. I am going to submit a complaint if I can.
I first picked these guys out of the yellow pages in 1991 when I bought my first car to insure it with them. Been round the block dealing with all the different Insurance companies, but it's just zero hassle to get Martin Kemp to do the research and sort it. Personal service, straight talking. Very helpful.
