Unloading and information regression the process and the options regarding customs clearance were really prompt and quick. Price of €100 for the hassle-free process of clearance was also reasonable along with daily storage fees of around €5 for delayed pick-ups Staff is always almost instantly available for help via email and phone.

Dealing with CRB-Express Company was a bitter experience for me. My advice: do not ever ship new cars in mint condition with them. My car was well packed in Canada (Atlantic Express Corp., recommend), I have seen the pictures upon arrival. However as soon as the car arrived to Bremerhaven, the issues became multiple. First, sb called me regarding Customs, she called and started yelling in a foreign language, she sounded rude, it was not German, probably russian, I could not understand a word. Later, they put the car in a paid storage, after that "storage" my pristine condition car looked super dirty, including all the interior, screen, seats etc., everything was covered with a thick layer of greasy brown dust. Also, front right bumper was damaged. I paid the full insurance, still waiting whether they will cover the repairs. Next, they changed the conditions under which they would leave my car out of their storage several times. Thanks God, few employees are smart and really caring, after many troubles those helped to solve the situation. I have put 2 stars for the sake of Serhii & Philipp whom I recommend, if you happen to deal with CRB. Hi, I have seen the reply. It is great that you care. But nobody would have the VIN # go public. You can communicate with me using email or asking your employees.

An amazing company. They took care of my 2018 Lexus and delivered it to Germany from the US with no problems. Everything was professional and excellent. I will be using them again in the future. It also was 1/3 of the price as any other company in the area to ship my vehicle. I am a happy customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable shippers. I used Martina as my agent and she was wonderful. 5 stars in my book!
