I was also lucky to have Louis (I’m so sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong), wash my hair and also in the moment teach another worker tips with washing - as an educator in makeup, this is one of the best qualities to have in a work environment. When your staff want you to thrive and support you in that. I haven’t had my hair done in 5 months, I have been a loyal client to Marcia back in Adelaide and forever will trust her with my hair. Now being in Melbourne though. I am so grateful to have stumbled across Cream Salon and be lucky enough to have found Jess. Thank you <3
Liv WenhamI had the most beautiful experience at Cream Melbourne, I had accidentally booked a different day then intended and due to this was extraordinarily late to my appointment and feeling quite embarrassed about causing this inconvenience, however the warmth and care I was greeted with made me feel instantly at ease, and we even managed to get everything that I booked in done even with the late start. Jess did a fantastic job, and my hair looks exactly like I wanted and MORE, and it doesn’t stop there! the rest of the team at the studio were equally as kind and caring, they prioritised creating a comfortable environment and showed true care for all their clients, my hair was styled by Lewi (I believe that was his name) and I apologies but I can’t quite remember the name of the person who toned my hair, both phenomenal and again brought such a warmth and comfort to the whole experience. I arrived at the studio filled with anxiety around my personal mistake with the booking, and I left feeling warm and confident, I don’t usually write reviews but they really have something quite special here at Cream Melbourne and I could not recommend this place more. I LOVE my hair and I will definitely be back!
Maria NI had such a wonderful experience getting my hair done at Cream. The team there were very friendly and I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. The complimentary drinks on offer are a nice touch and I enjoyed the conversations I had with the team. Ezras work is magic! I absolutely love my colour/hairstyle and really appreciate the thought and consideration he and his team took when I provided the briefing of what I wanted. Would absolutely recommend!!
Chris JLeada gave me an amazing bob from long hair in less than an hour and I’m so grateful!! The consultation was still detailed and she made sure I came out with exactly what I wanted and looking my best. Everyone at the salon was lovely including when I accidentally missed my first appointment..! The complimentary refreshments on offer are also extensive, I spotted Prosecco on the wine list but opted for coffee as I had a 10am appt. Will definitely be back!
