We moved to NB from out of province and called Shawn because he had a couple of listings in an area in which we were interested. Boy, are we glad we did. From the first phone conversation, it was obvious he was the right person to call. Shawn is extremely knowledgable and communicates very promptly. He made the process easy and his integrity is unquestionable. His photographs and videos are the best in the industry and made us comfortable buying our current home without actually seeing it in person. Shawn is the best in the business so do yourself a favour and just call him :).

As I don't have a Google account, may it be noted that I, Elisa Gamble am writing this review on my husband's account. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Tucker, and his Premium Crew in the Fall of 2024. I, and my sister were given the responsibility of selling our Mum's home in East Saint John after she made a move to a Special Care Senior's Complex. I had asked Shawn on two occasions to look at her home to give us an idea on what Mum (Maria) could possibly look at receiving as a result of selling her home. Both times, Shawn was very professional and attentive to our needs. Our family had been living at the Barbara Crescent home for over 53 years and Shawn was very sensitive to our needs. I felt very comfortable working with Shawn; he was on top of his game. . . kept me informed at all times of the traffic coming and going at the house. He was prompt with getting the paper work out to my sister and me; he communicated clearly the process of how everything works, from dealing with the lawyer to contacting the necessary utilities that needed to be cancelled. His photos of the home, the space, both indoors and out, showed the home in its best form. We really appreciated Shawn's efforts and would highly recommended him for either selling your home or helping you purchase a new one!
