Creative Travel is an excellent choice when planning your next vacation! We have had help planning our trips to Disney World (2x) and now our most recent cruise. Kim and Nancy have been tremendous in helping us get the most for our money and navigating any questions that we have, that cannot be answered when planning online. After our Disney trips, I referred my parents to CTC and Nancy helped them plan their trips to Hawaii and Fort Myers Beach. They listen to what you like and dislike and guide you to the best locations for the best vacations.

A friend of mine went through Creative Travel because of the success of a vacation they had. While good with couples, weddings and such may not be their strong suit. I placed a $400 deposit on my friends destination wedding that was cancelled due to the health of his mom. I placed insurance on my plan but was never contacted by the agency on the details of the cancellation. I had to call 3x before reaching Nancy and even then she said I wasn’t due any money back. I told her even if it isn’t the entire $400, electing for insurance should get me somof my money back. She said she would look into it and never called me again. I am a frequent international traveler and have been to various destination weddings. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have dealt with. I will never go through anyone without a proven track record again. I was better off planning the details through the resort myself. Don’t waste your time.

I absolutely love this travel agency. They are very helpful and very patient with you. I'm very indecisive, they pull ideas out of me. Also they do big trips, I had the advantage to travel with them and had a ball. They took a trip to Dubai, they were very nice to me even when we were on the trip. Also they helped me get my refund back after I made a indecisive trip decision.

Fantastic experiences always using Creative Travel Center. They booked my trips exactly where I wanted - not trying to push me into a place I did not want to go (unlike other places I had called in the past). They got us outstanding upgrades for only a few dollars more at Sandals in Jamaica. If you are looking for a trip or a cruise - call them or stop in. They are easy to find on Plainfield Road.
