I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. On my first visit, they did an X-ray and told me I had one cavity that needed a root canal. They quoted $900 and booked me in. But when I went the next day, they suddenly said it would cost $1050. After I reminded them that we agreed on $900, the receptionist hesitated but finally agreed. When I went in for the treatment, the dentist checked again and said more teeth also needed treatment. If that was the case, why wasn’t this diagnosed properly during the first visit? I had clearly mentioned I had pain in multiple teeth. When I asked why they didn’t tell me earlier, they said, “You’ll need to do additional exam and X-rays.” If that was required, why wasn’t it explained on day one? Because of this miscommunication, I wasted two days off work and was not financially prepared for the extra costs. Overall, the lack of clarity, sudden price changes, and poor communication made this a very unprofessional experience. Would not recommend.

We are extremely thankful to team at Tooth Aura Dental for the efficient treatment provided. The team was very professional, patient, and caring, ensuring that our child felt comfortable throughout the process. During our very first visit, all our questions were answered clearly, and we were given a detailed treatment plan, which gave us great peace of mind.
