The best way one can assess a Corporate brand and any level hiring managers is how they behave and treat outsiders like customers, third-parties, contractors who are also normal civilians along with their families. Never arrogantly boast about the big brand, ranking, reputation or age. Actually prove it by the real impact on the great product outcomes on elastic thinking and creative minds that YouTube/Google does on the globe.

Worst customer service experiance ever can't process payments can't communicate talk over you and after spending 15 minute 3 times in the same day they can charge me for nfl package but I have to wa it 24 hours for them to process payment for youtube tv same card ....incompetence at its fullest

YouTube has made it impossible for my favorite creators to earn money on their platform. Because of their censorship bias I am not able to find content that appeals to my likes and values.

Limits and censors safe, family friendly firearms channels because they are not “ad friendly” but lets scam ads be posted and inappropriate channels stay up. Ridiculous

YouTube has become a censorship machine. Makes me wonder what searches I don't see on Google. Just like many others stated, they silently remove comments calling out misinformation. This is why we shouldn't let 1 corporation own everything.

As many have stated the shadow banning and censorship is out of control. I cant comment on anything and have it actually appear. it can be the most mundane thing in the world but that doesn't matter. once you get sideways with the oligarchs and kleptocracy your voice is no longer worth hearing.

Really lame, i don't think they curate their content at all, it's like a rhododendron is in charge of programming for lemurs. Also, they have no mute button on their mobile app - horrible design. A failure of silicon proportions

I've been doing youtube for the past 4 years, I like making creative content on the site but this year in 2024, I've started to feel nervous a lot about making my creative fan base bigger, I keep seeing bots in the comments of videos and "uttp" accounts trying to get horrible reactions out of other viewers in the comments of very famous content creators videos on youtube, and it appears that these "uttp" bots are not only trying to break the internet which appears on some of their accounts home pages, but these people also have a discord server that I have heard of in a video once and finding out what these people do on there is something that I never want to see ever in my life, I haven't posted in more than 3 months and I'm starting to think that maybe it's time to start posting on different content creation sites that I don't need to worry about anything, google needs to pay more attention to youtube and keep the website safe.
