⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heartfelt thanks to Arun and the entire CREO team! Building our home with CREO has been a truly wonderful experience. From start to finish, and even after the official handover, the team’s commitment and professionalism have been exceptional. A special mention to Arun, who personally took responsibility to ensure that every little issue was looked into and resolved, even after the handover was completed. His follow-up and attention to detail made all the difference, and today everything in the house works perfectly. We’d also like to thank Liju, who patiently took care of all the finishing, cleaning, and those small pending works with great dedication — everything looks perfect now! And a big thank you to Ashwathy, Akhil, Sanjay, and the interior design and Mira and the architecture team at CREO, who were simply amazing. Ashwathy went out of her way to make sure every requirement was followed up on and completed beautifully. The whole team starting from their sales team to right upto the site supervisors are a very young dedicated lot full of passion. Also thanks to the all those we interacted with on daily basis - Mini, Bibin, Amin, Prakash, Basit , …. to name a few.. The entire Creo team is a young team driven with passion for the work they do! What truly stands out about CREO is their sincerity and the extra mile they go to ensure complete client satisfaction. Our home now feels complete and just the way we imagined it — warm, elegant, and truly ours. As an NRI family, we were quite anxious about managing our home construction from abroad. After searching for many companies, we finally chose Creo Homes, and it turned out to be the best decision. From the very first discussion to the final key handover of our turnkey home at Kottayam, the entire experience was smooth and well-coordinated. The Architectural, Construction, and Interior teams have each done their own masterpiece in this project. Some confusions did occur in between — which is quite natural in any big project — but the team handled everything with utmost professionalism and care, ensuring a perfect finish in the end. My initial contact was with Mrs. Asha Gangan, who is truly one of the best marketing executives I've ever encountered. Her dedication and follow-up were excellent, and I wish her all the best in her career. She coordinated a brief meeting between the design and execution teams perfectly, and I was genuinely surprised and pleased to see the owner also present. I’m excited to share my genuine thoughts about working with Creo! Before reaching out to them, I was struggling to effectively document my design ideas and preferences. However, after seeing some of their remarkable models on social media and getting a thumbs-up from a friend, we partnered with Creo Homes to design our dream home in Maramon. They were super friendly and patient, taking the time to understand our preferences through multiple reviews and pushing the boundaries of what we thought was possible. With my extensive background in IT, I wanted things systematic, organized and documented and their attention to detail was outstanding, and the final design was more than we could have hoped for. I am incredibly thankful for the team, who brought their creativity, inspiration, technical expertise, and listening skills to every 2D, 3D, and approval stage. Huge kudos to Shihab, Anson, Vishnu, Akhil, Sreelekshmi, and everyone involved. A special mention to Ashmi for her excellent coordination—communication was outstanding throughout. The sketches and references they provided brought our dreams to life, surpassing what any CAD drawing could do.
