Crest Management

My wife and I recently "downsized" and moved to East Greenwich, from Massachusetts. The bathrooms in the town-home we purchased did not have safety bars and non-slip surfaces, which I require for a medical condition. We decided to remodel 1 full bath and 1 half bath now, and would remodel the master bathroom in the near future. I invited 4 firms to provide quotes. Several things were required in order for us to move forward with any firm: 1. All employees and subcontractors needed to be fully licensed and insured, 2. All required permits were the responsibility of the contractor, 3. We needed a project manager to be assigned so if we had an issue we could get it quickly resolved, 4. We needed a reasonable timeline for completion, 5. We wanted a fair price. We selected Crest Management. After a bathroom leak in our upstairs bathroom, the bathroom and kitchen were both damaged. We feel that we were so lucky to find Crest Management. They managed everything from insurance claims to the finished product. Everything was perfectly put together with an amazing team there. Communication was fantastic. We knew who was coming every day, what time, and what was next. Every person who came into our home was totally awesome. From the management team to the plumber, electrician, the demo team, carpenter. We highly recommend Crest Management to anyone who is looking for great service. Our home is perfect!

We want to thank the team for a wonderful job on our bathroom shower remodel! The process began with Kevin coming over to the house multiple times to review what we wanted. He was patient and kept helping us along the way. We could not be happier with our decision! From the beginning, the design process was impressive with Sarah-seeing the ideas come to life on the computer made it easy for us to visualize the finished project and the results exceeded our expectations. When we were told the project would begin soon, the whole team (Kevin, Brian, Gabe and more) showed up at the house all reviewing the project and then adding more ideas to make our small bathroom shower even better, going above and beyond. A group text was started by Crest, letting us know when the contractor would arrive and the time. Crest handled all the contractors, insurance and kept us informed by the daily texts. From the demolition team to the cleanup crew, the quality of work, the attention to detail, and the professionalism of everyone involved truly stood out. Even when we had some questions, Gabe was here right way to make sure we were happy and had the crew on it right away. That is important to the customer and Crest Management is top notch! We would highly recommend this team!
