Dr. Ala is such a wonderful Dentist and always wants to feel comfortable with as little pain as possible. Her whole staff is friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough! Dr. Barakat and her staff are extremely professional and kind. She was very courteous and informative, and made sure that everything was thoroughly understood on my end before moving on. The receptionist was also very informative and knowledgeable on not only dental matters but also insurance nuances, and she deserves an award for battling with an insurance agent over the phone for 10 minutes to make sure that my visit was covered when my insurance company made a mistake and thought they were out of network. It can be intimidating stepping into new or unfamiliar territory, especially when it comes to healthcare services, but I guarantee you have nothing to worry about here; you are in good hands!
