My dog max is very scared of the vet due to past experiences the vet techs and the dr took the time to hear my concerns and they were able to give max all his vaccines, they took the time to go slow with him and have patience not all vets are this way. The facility was very clean and put together. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and very informative. This place is awesome if you are looking for a new vet give this place a try.
