The hairdressers, however, are on another level entirely when it comes to skill and professionalism. My daughter recently had her hair cut by Emerson, and the experience was exceptional. Emerson not only delivered one of the best cuts my daughter has ever had but also went above and beyond in the way she engaged with her. She was kind, upbeat, and genuinely attentive, keeping the conversation flowing in a way that made my daughter feel appreciated and listened to throughout the entire appointment. The result was a beautiful, precise haircut paired with an experience that left my daughter glowing. She couldn’t stop talking about how much she enjoyed it for hours afterward. I asked for my natural colour to be applied to my lighter bleached lengths using photo #1 to match my roots which are a touch darker than the sun touched lengths in the photo - I asked for the same colour or lighter. I found the manager to be quite rude and she told me that it was the exact same colour that I asked for as I held my hair up to the photo outside. I don’t think it’s a terrible colour but I don’t appreciate being gaslit. She offered to tone it again for free but I honestly don’t want to go back. She did make me pay full price for this. In response to your response, I have never cried at your establishment. That is ridiculous, I was actually very apologetic to the stylist and told her that I was very sorry that I wasn’t satisfied with the result that and i felt bad for even saying anything but felt I needed to be honest. It did not match, I trusted her judgment as the professional. Also, you gave me one complimentary visit in the past because you cancelled my appointment 3 times… I understand you do not want to admit that your hairstylist chose the wrong colour for my hair as it is darker than my roots, when I specifically asked for it to not be darker but to be the same or lighter. But please do not make false claims about previous services as I have not had a problem with your salons work until this most recent visit.

Been in to see Mackenzie a couple times and every single time she kills it. She is amazing! She always makes my hair look better than the pictures I show her. She is super friendly and extremely talented. Highly recommend seeing her!
