It was my first time getting a haircut at this salon and I chose it because of the high ratings and reviews. I was disappointed in my cut. The cut is even but it was very wrong for my hair type and texture despite pictures and explanations prior to the cut. It's one of the worst haircuts I've had as an adult. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the front desk workers and surprised at the lack of organization inside the salon. It was cluttered and messy.
I went to Lexi to get a full highlight and she did an amazing job! She is so good at what she does! I have dark brown curly thick hair and she did an amazing job on the highlights and the blonde is perfect. She took her time and gave me a great head massage and really made me feel pampered and well taken care of. I highly recommend her she is so gentle and doesn’t pull hair when brushing or removing foils. She is now my go to hair stylist! Thank you!
I called this morning to get an appointment and was able to get in today with Kim, she has the kindest soul. She made me feel beautiful again and I'm so appreciative for that! It was also my first time coming so she was kind enough to give me a little tour before we started. One of the prettiest and most calm/relaxing salons I have ever been in. Thank you again Kim for listening to my life and doing a wonderful job on my hair!
