A lovely birthday experience! Chelsie was so welcoming and friendly and we really enjoyed our time making marbled plant pots. We found it great to wind down and just exist in this lovely colourful space, focused on making the best plant pots we could. We were also offered some refreshments and were lucky enough to meet two of the cutest dogs.

Booked a paint and chill session for me and a friend. It was so worth the money, we got to paint two pottery items (technically 3 as 1 item is a set due to size). Will be recommending and coming back! Thank you!!

I booked a session for my mum as a birthday present. I paid a total of £336 for each person to paint 2 small jars and make a bouquet with dried flowers. I booked in person at the studio and the owner was slightly abrupt. I put it down to her being busy. She offered me the reduction of £28 per person as I was bringing my own snacks. The ladies had a good time and the facilitator was lovely to them. I then received an email from the owner insinuating that the ladies had intentionally stolen by using more than their allowance of 8 flower stems each. I was deeply insulted. These ladies are over 70 years old, english wasn't their first language and some had hearing issues. I would have been happy to pay for the extra flowers they unintentionally took and would have been completely understanding but her tone was awful. She was extremely defensive and accusatory. I apologised and explained that they had been having such a good time in each others company that they would have misheard or misunderstood the instructions. I obviously paid her the extra cost incurred of £20. She replied with an email to say she had done me a favour in accomodating 12 people with a weeks notice and allowing me to bring my own snacks. The studio was nearly empty and I gave her business £356! Her attitude was disgusting. I wanted to champion small businesses but the owner is not suited to her role and I suggest she attend a communication course. I feel £28 is slightly over priced. However, the session itself was well received and they really enjoyed it.
