I was really unimpressed with the service. I went in with my 3 kids 6,4 and 2 and they were being a lot to handle. It would have been nice if one of the several employees not doing much else besides putting inventory on the shelf would have offered to help assist a struggling parent in finding my kids size and suggesting options.

Selection is good, but the prices are not. They're expensive and the sales aren't real deals. I did buy a pair to support a local business, but that experince was poor too. Although the cashier had everything needed for us to pay for the shoes, she wouldn't complete the transition till she had the box. Making us wait for that reason is a poor customer experinece.
