Croma retail has to be the worst in the list of well trusted Tata Companies. No one picks call on the contact numbers on google map listing of any Croma store in Indore, so if you want to check availability of a product before visiting the store, you would be disappointed. I went to their Bicholi Mardana Store in Indore to purchase an Air Conditioner. Firstly,there was no parking as it was encroached by the visitors at GuruKripa restaurant. i had to park on road, no security guard to assist the parking. No one welcomes you at the store, you have to guide yourself, I went to the AC section, where salesman had little knowledge of the product and difference in technology in different brands. They were interested in selling a particular AC brand and when I asked questions related to the brand I wanted to buy the sales guy seemed disinterested and walked away. No staff at this store is interested to close the deal and do sales for their employer. Be it the store manager or the security guard no one was courteous at all. I felt so unwelcomed, that I bought the AC from the nearby local store but not Croma. Untrained and unpolished sales people are the highlight of this store. Never expected such a shoddy customer experience from a Tata brand.

We came here to purchase a TV, we were attended by Mrs Pallavi. She explained all the features in detail and helped us in purchasing the TV. Store location is good with ample parking space. Multiple options are available here at reasonable price plus you get amazing offers also. Great place for your electronics needs.

Honest review ⚠️ Very bad service If you wish to buy anything you have to wait for 3 hours to complete the payment. Staff does not have any proper information and they are not professional in the way which they supposed to be. Very bad experience in croma
