Akshat ManeSTAY AWAY! Spent over 25 mins waiting for the item I paid for only to find out that they billed me for the wrong item and even gave me the wrong item. The staff looked like they didn't care about fixing the situation and just stared at each other's faces for the most part. Turns out they did not have the item at the store that they sold me. Then they offered that they will deliver it to my house. If I wanted stuff delivered, I'd order online! Horrendous service and a waste of time. Visit Lotus for a better quality of service and same products. This is also not the first bad experience at Croma and My family and I are going to avoid Croma at all costs now. Response to the Generic Order Id comment- I cancelled the order and went to another store, where the time to buy the stuff and get back home was shorter than what I spent waiting to get the incorrect product handed over to me. Heck, the response to this comment was quicker than time I spent waiting at Croma. So, No Thank you. I do not want Croma to call me or contact me anymore. The service was terrible and I have given all the information I wanted to provide in my comment here.

They don't bother and worry Even after customers are called, they simply pass to others... Really ashamed and wondering how such a Big Brand with Tata company employees can do like this treated customers with so much disaster with very casual and Lethargic approaching...
