Awesome CrossFit gym! Austin is a fabulous coach and leader, and he really has created a positive and motivating environment. All the coaches (Austin, Deidre, Liam, Katy, Ben, and Meredith) I have attended classes with are great at leading workouts and help with form and scaling options. For someone who never did CrossFit or weightlifting before joining here, I am beyond happy with how welcoming this community is. The group workouts are motivating, everyone scales to their level, and it never gets boring. Totally worth every penny if you want to challenge yourself and get professional feedback while doing it.
I was invited by some friends to come to CrossFit Kilo II today. The environment and culture are phenomenal. Austin took the time to coach me up on how to perform toes to bar more efficiently. He knows a lot about CrossFit and how to best perform the exercises/program for optimal performance, and I’m told he is also a great athlete.
Though I don’t go here anymore, I made good friends here and got back on track physically because of Kilo 2 & for that I’m thankful. No matter where you are in your fitness journey CrossFit Kilo 2 is a good place to call home. They have people just starting out all the way to CrossFit competitors. If you’re on the fence, I’d give it a try!
CrossFit Kilo2 changed my life. This place is a great place to make friends, get very fit or train to compete. The members here are very kind and helpful. The owners, Austin and Meredith, truly care about their members and are very helpful to everyone. The coaches are not only incredible athletes but also great individuals as well. Nobody is judged by their physique or physical abilities. I had no experience whatsoever, but Austin, Meredith, and coaches helped me correctly do my exercises safely. Everyone at CrossFit Kilo2 is so friendly and helpful. My suggestion is to ask questions, not miss days, make friends, and you will see yourself transform into a healthy ripped athlete of any age.
