Ernie GarzaGreat facility, awesome coaches, and what stood out the most was the friendliness the community showed me. The owners and coaches have really set the bar high at this box. Each coach introduced themselves and asked me the go to questions regarding any past injuries or movements I cannot do. And once they got an idea of my capabilities they each pushed me in their own ways. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is living in the area, or is just visiting. Mainly spoke French but they did speak English fluently for the most part as well. Looking forward to my next visit!
