I spent a week at CrossFit UV during a recent stay in Toronto and my experience was just great. Even though I was only there temporarily, everyone I met made me feel right at home, from the coaches to the members, to Fergus the owner. I'm still relatively new to CrossFit having started in the fall of 2024 but didn't feel at all intimidated by working out in a new space. The workouts were scaled to my level whenever needed (even mid-workout) and I appreciated the personalized attention to my needs. Thank you Fergus, Sonia and Jason, and to all the amazing CrossFit UV members that I had the pleasure to meet during my stay. I'm really happy to have CrossFit home away from home. :) See you again soon!

Five stars does not describe what CrossFit UV has done for me. I was introduced to CrossFit by a member there and I have fallen in love. The programs are amazingly designed to cater to your fitness goals, whether you are new or a veteran; there is always room for growth. The coaches are absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and fun to be around. I am a very active person, but also someone who has had anxiety for the last 14 years. UV has been a wonderful place for me to feel at ease, welcomed and also free to be myself without judgment. It feels like home to me whenever I am there and a happy place. You are surrounded by groups of people who support and guide you on your fitness journey but also give you the courage to try new things without fear. UV has challenged me in ways that I did not know was possible. I never would have thought I would be entering competitions in my first year of CrossFit but here I am. I work out about 5-6 days a week there and receive Personal training once a week and I would not have it any other way. Thanks to UV I am the healthiest I have been ever emotionally and physically and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for adding so much joy to my life.

I joined CrossFit 2 weeks ago and loving it. Amazing to see how supportive and respectful everyone is, from the instructors to all the fellow classmates. They all made me feel welcomed. It’s a great way to wake up to a 6am fitness class. The hour goes by so quickly with a variety of workouts. Thank you to Fergus, Sonia, and Jason for making my workout fun!
