I did not get the details of the truck that almost ran me off the road tried to push me out of my lane by flashing lights, then called my company and complained about it. You have some very unique people driving your vechices . aggressive drivers do not belong on the road. There is a safety hazard and I will not hesitate to call the police.

They laid the fresh asphalt on our neighborhood road, and they proceeded to drive their heavy tractors on it, which chewed up the fresh asphalt. I know they’re not doing a second layer because they’re removing all of the construction signs…

GIP repaved my street and raised the road about 4". They left my driveway without a proper apron for several days (I scraped my car bumper trying to exit during the work week). When gravel finally went down, the slope was still too steep and loose—I couldn’t pull my boat + trailer out without spinning tires and making a mess. I called the office repeatedly, tried every switchboard option (including “immediate assistance”), and left multiple voicemails with no response. The only line that answered was the emergency line, where Angelo Oddi told me to wait a few days for better grading/compaction. Nothing changed. When I tried to follow up (twice Thursday, three times Friday), Angelo finally answered, became upset that I’d called more than once, and ended the call while I was trying to explain that I hadn’t left him additional voicemails because I’d already left several on other lines with zero callback. He said he’s dealing with “$80 million projects,” that he “doesn’t work for me,” and that he wouldn’t call back to hear my issue until Tuesday (4 days from now). The listed project manager is Mike Luongo. This is not acceptable communication, customer service, or site management, especially for an emergency line. I will be submitting a formal complaint to Haldimand County Public Works and Procurement with dates/times/voicemail/call logs so this experience can be considered in contractor performance reviews on current and future tenders. I’ll update this review if the issue is resolved.

They don't meet deadlines, they were supposed to finish construction in Brantford ON August 2025, it is almost December 2025 and it is still not done, causing major delays to our city. Unorganized, can't meet deadline, they will ruin traffic in your city for months !!
