Worst communications and inconsiderate. Owner wants to renovate with new windows while I am still living in the house. Their office never communicated with me on it. Suddenly installer company called said he wanted to come out in 4 days to install them. I will have to stay home from work for 3 or 4 days and use my vacation time to get it done. And I hadn’t talked to my boss about being absent from work for this. Also, installer doesn’t get paid even for the windows themselves until they are installed, so he is angry, but not my fault. OK law says owner/property management must give written notice for renovations and they did not, nor did they call. Property management office told me the whole thing is between me and the installer, so they are not taking any responsibility for this process whatsoever. Owner not offering to compensate me for my time away from work or the inconvenience. This is something that should be done after a tenant moves out in any normal world. Stay away!

I consistently have had to call for a status of maintenance requests TWO WEEKS after placing them. This has happened at least six times in two different properties. When repairs finally occur, there is no follow-up and things are left unfinished (see attached photos of holes in drywall, rotted siding, and an usable grage door that can't even close properly to keep mice and wasps out). I'm unsure as to why, but it sucks for my family and I wouldn't want that for yours. I highly recommend that you rent through another property management company.

Terrible business, they want your deposit and application fee upfront without even telling you if you approved or not they just like holding you money. Then the contract says allow 48 hours but they can take their sweet time, it took a week for me. During that time I called and no one was ever there that actually worked in rentals. When I went to retrieve my deposit after the first week on a Saturday I was met with a "human answering machine" in her own words. She was not able to do anything but answer the phone and take payments no one else was in the building or actually working for money and serving a purpose. She was not able to give my back my deposit even though she worked there and the business was open. Then after all that they approved my application but wanted a extra 1000 dollars. After making me wait a week and them having the money the whole time. It's another sorry Lawton business ran by idiots with shady business practices.
