AMAZING is the only word I can describe the professional work that John and his team undertook replacing and widening my existing concrete driveway and patio. The job from start to finish was done in 3 days! His crew were excellent workers, courteous, and answered any of my questions. Customer Service is definitely number 1 with this company. 📣UPDATE SEPTEMBER 8.2025 📣 I cannot in good conscience recommend this business. After leaving a negative review for unsatisfactory service, I came home from vacation to find letters from them and reports from my tenants that their workers came pounding on the door so aggressively it felt like a raid. My tenants—two women—were too scared to leave the house for work and had to hide until the men left. Instead of resolving the issue, this company chose harassment, intimidation, and what amounts to blackmail to silence a dissatisfied customer. As a single mom and cancer survivor, the stress and anxiety they caused put my health at risk and left my tenants shaken. A business that bullies, threatens, and intimidates clients rather than taking responsibility should not be supported. I am considering legal action for the emotional distress and harm caused. Fix the craters or give me my money back. #dufferin #crownconcrete #bully AUGUST 2025 My ENTIRE driveway looks like this! They did my driveway last year in August, by March it looks like this - only 1 season. Their work is shoddy. And don’t say it’s from salt! If it’s from salt, then why all of the entire driveway look like this? Even when I didn’t salt the snow banks?? My friend had his driveway and sidewalk done the same month by another contractor and his is still in perfect condition. And he used salt on it too! Contacted them, they dodged and deflect and blamed the salt. Says they would come by and take a look but never did. I know at least couple of people with the same issue with Crown. Don’t waste your money, get someone more reputable to do your driveway. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
