My husband and I began working with Crown Mortgage Co back in 1998, when we purchased our home. We refinanced for our 3rd time this year and each time with Jeff McGrath. Jeff is awesome to work with, always there to answer any questions, he provided options and came up with a solution to fit our goal. The others in the office, Jeanette and Jaimie were also exceptional to work with. Crown Mortgage is top notch in our eyes, thank you again for everything.

Jeff Coole is the absolute best. I have been working with him for over 10 years. My first experience was when I was buying my first house. I had been working with a different lender and after weeks of sending him additional paperwork, letters of explanation, etc. he told me that I couldn't get a mortgage, even with my mom as a co-signor. I called Jeff Coole based on a referral and he had me approved within 24 hours. My only regret was not working with Jeff from day one. Ever since then, Jeff has always been available and he has given me sound, reliable advice. I used him to refinance my old home, to get a mortgage on my new home, and to refinance my new loan. You can trust him. He will treat you like family. 10/10 I recommend him to everyone!
