Jeff Coole is the absolute best. I have been working with him for over 10 years. My first experience was when I was buying my first house. I had been working with a different lender and after weeks of sending him additional paperwork, letters of explanation, etc. he told me that I couldn't get a mortgage, even with my mom as a co-signor.
